I have been involved in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years and I am a perpetual student. I have qualifications in Sports Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Pilates, Biomechanics, Cellular Release Therapy and I am currently studying Functional medicine. I love helping people find ways to support themselves and feel well. I offer support by fundamentally helping individuals access a better sense of connection with themselves through intuitive touch.

I had the uplift treatment with Lucy which was one of the most calming and relaxing experiences I’ve had. Lucy is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. This particular treatment for me was very grounding, and the techniques used calmed my nervous system. The hour goes too quickly!
