My work is my passion. My main interest lies in helping people out of pain using advanced clinical methods and knowledge taught by world renowned teachers Meghan Mari and Rachel Fairweather of The Jing Institute. However, I feel that deep relaxation is key for the recovery of the body and mind so I aim to deliver deep but therapeutic massage using a range of techniques.

Lizzy performs a fab massage. She is able to pick out the problem areas by carefully listening to the story before she’s hands on and is warm and empathetic. She’s also good on advising what self help exercises may improve symptoms. I’m always so much better after visiting Lizzy with less pain and stiffness and improved sleep and mobility. Highly recommended.

A lovely massage .Lizzy is attentive to current problems and needs and adjusts her technique accordingly. The room is warm and snug so the whole experience is soothing and therapeutic. Highly recommended

I have been receiving massage from Lizzy for over 4 years. When I started I couldn’t sit without pain for longer than half an hour. I can now drive, go to the cinema or theatre with no problem. She is also very kind and never hurts those tender spots that call out for attention
