As always the staff were so pleasant ensuring my visit was a great experience. The team explained they had upgraded their range of products and introduced me to a new colour. I was fully informed why the change had been made ensuring I knew what to expect when the colour was applied prior to proceeding. Throughout the whole process I was consulted to ensure I was comfortable with the change. The results were amazing and once again I left the salon feeling confident and ready for a special night out.
