Laura is absolutely fabulous. I have had 4 sessions with her in the last fortnight, I have highlighted my issues and things I'd like to improve. Posture, flexibility and problem areas, she listens and identifies, targets specific areas and correction suggestions. Exactly what I needed and need. I come away from my 1 to 1 sessions on a high !, sense of active achievement. Such a calm soul, Thank you Laura.
