Really enjoyed my infra red sauna & ice bath experience. Was so relaxing & feel amazing after it. Everything is laid on for you, towels & water provided. Very nice warm relaxing environment. Will definitely be back very soon 🙏 Joanne

Laura is such a lovely warm person & makes you feel so welcome, her facilities are excellent, the experience was very relaxing & enjoyable.I would highly recommend it.I will definitely be returning.

Feeling so chilled after a session in Laura’s new infrared sauna. She has created a beautiful space to relax in with the added bonus of being able to have a shower afterwards. It is a welcome addition to Bundoran given all the health and wellbeing benefits of an infrared sauna. I will definitely be using it regularly. Thanks Laura

Very relaxing, calming and beneficial. Laura is a wonderful person and this is a credit to her. The infrared sauna is very comfortable and you feel your body heat up I used to find saunas hard to breathe in this is not like that its so clear and calming, for chronic pain and inflammation you feel the heat working in your joints. I had my first experience of ice bath it takes getting used to but a lovely private and comfortable setting to try this out. From the clean spacious room, the beautiful decor, Laura's lovely welcome definitely worth a visit i will be back cant wait
