Absolutely the best experience I have had today with Kym at Lilly and Grace. My hair extensions look so amazing- the colour, length and fitting are all perfect! Can’t recommend her enough! Thank you very very much Kym!

Hi Jackie, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear one side didn’t hold as expected. During your appointment we did ask if you had a preference for how your hair is usually styled, and as there wasn’t one specified we styled it in our usual way. We’d always be more than happy to adjust this for you next time x
