I have been to Miss Jay's for both nails and waxing services before, and honestly this was my most positive experience yet. Very kind, knowledgeable and chatty! Handled my sensitive skin and (many) questions with ease. Shoutout to Konny and all the other fabulous staff!

Konny is absolutely wonderful! I drove almost two hours and rearranged my entire calendar to come back to her because my last appointment with her was the best nail experience I’d ever had—and she has somehow outdone herself this time! She is so patient, knowledgeable and incredibly detail-oriented. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting everything perfect.
