A 60 min relaxation back neck and shoulders this treatment isn’t a full body if you would like a full body book a 75 min 90 min or 120 min treatment to experience that. 

This treatment can be followed by two: one being where you’re lay on your front for the whole treatment or two where you experience a 45 min back massage and finish with a chest and scalp massage.

This treatment is for soft to medium pressure and does not work on knots if you would like your knots worked on book a deep tissue treatment plz. This a slow therapeutic treatment.

Back neck and shoulder massage  60 min relaxation 

A 90 min full body treatment which includes a stomach massage.

This treatment is for soft to medium pressure if you would like firm or a deep pressure that is asked during your consultation and is £5 charge on top please note if u would like this by popping it in your notes when making your booking. 

Full body massage 90 min

Full body massage this does not include a stomach massage.

This treatment is for soft to medium pressure if you would like firm or a deep pressure that is asked during your consultation and is £5 charge on top please note that u want deep tissue in notes when booking plz! 


Full body massage 75 min 

Deep tissue/sports massage 
This treatment can be booked for any injury or focused area you would like targeted within this time slot with you lying on your front for the whole treatment. 
Overall medium to firm massage. 
All males to wear boxers or shorts at this treatment.

Deep tissue back neck & shoulder massage 45 min

This massage is focusing on the area which tends to be the most achey and painful area the back neck and shoulders. My treatments starts with body brushing which helps stimulate the blood flow and relaxes the skin before using a calming smooth oil where my massage uses techniques to help improve shoulder mobility and relieve muscles tension and aches.

This treatment is for soft to medium pressure and does not work on knots if you would like knots to be relived or worked on please book a deep tissue do not book a relaxation as this is for a therapeutic experience. 

Back Neck & Shoulder Massage 45 mins relaxation 

A two hour full body this includes a stomach massage and the whole works.

This treatment is for soft to medium pressure if you would like firm or a deep pressure that is asked during your consultation and is £5 charge on top please note this in your notes when booking.
