As always a professional yet friendly appointment. Julie is very helpful and offers her advice on designs and colours but also allows you to make the final decision. Thanks for another great set of nails!!!!

The lady was running very late - it was my first visit so I stood outside waiting until i was called in. The next client arrived while I was still waiting. I only booked gel removal but was disappointed there was no shaping of my nails or cuticle oil applied which I expected and there was still a little gel in the corners of a couple of nails which I noticed when I arrived home.
