Hi Natalie, thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. As your therapist explained before the treatment, our Japanese Headspa is primarily a headspa treatment rather than a full massage treatment. The focus is on relaxation, scalp massage and a thorough scalp cleanse. The neck and shoulder massage forms only a portion of the treatment. We do offer additional face and body massage options as add-ons for clients who would like more massage time, which your therapist would have mentioned when asking whether you were interested in adding anything to your treatment at an additional cost. We would also like to clarify that our therapists are not hair specialists, trichologists or scalp doctors, so we are unable to diagnose specific scalp or hair conditions or provide medical advice. If you have a particular scalp concern or condition that requires diagnosis or specialised treatment, we would recommend consulting a dermatologist
