Second time here and I love the app booking! I chose the 'silent treatment' but felt obliged to chat so I wouldn't seem awkward. For neurodivergent clients, it'd help if stylists explicitly set that quiet boundary at the start so we know it's truly okay to stay silent. The haircut was good and I was glad to get the weight off. I don't do well with stiff textures and could feel the mousse the next day, so I'd skip that product recommendation next time. However, I really like the salon and will definitely be back for my next cut
