Swedish Massage 

It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health and a great way to relax and unwind. 



Benefits 

Swedish massage involves an array of benefits by manipulating the muscles and joints to relieve stress, aches and pain. Helps elevate your mood this is achieved by relaxing tight muscles and promoting blood circulation. 

Swedish Massage

A Deep Tissue massage has several therapeutic effects and benefits and can be used to treat many different conditions. 

This type of massage is ideal for the treatment of major muscle groups like the neck or lower back. It can also be used to relieve strain and treat injuries in your joints and tendons.

The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

A Deep Tissue massage is similar to the Swedish massage but differs in that a deeper pressure is applied during this process, focusing on relaxation and relieving tension. 

The licensed massage therapist may use the elbow and forearm to apply pressure, in addition to using palms and fingers to knead tissues with firm and slow strokes.
