This was the first time visiting and also the first time in my life having a Brazilian wax. I was terribly nervous before my appointment but all of that disappeared as soon as I went in. Helen is amazing; right from the start she was just so lovely and understanding. Helen made me feel at ease and talked me through everything and guided me throughout. I would recommend Helen to anyone. Top tier waxing experience, I had a full leg done as well and I have already booked my next appointment. Thank you so much for being so lovely and kind x
