Helen is professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Also, very down to earth. She explains everything clearly and creates a calm environment, which makes a real difference with this kind of treatment. I’ve always felt in safe hands, and after three sessions I’m already noticing a clear improvement in my legs. I’d definitely recommend her.
