Did not receive cupping, wasn’t asked if I wanted cupping or not. Heard the masseuse on her phone. Was left lying for 10 minutes after the massage with no towels to get clean and when I went outside there was no tea. Massage was good besides these things.

We sincerely apologise for missing the complimentary cupping. There is a free cupping option to select when booking through Fresha, but we should have double-checked with you. We’re also sorry we missed letting you know your post-session herbal tea was ready at receiving area and sorry for the wait for a clean towel.
