Shiva was so lovely as I struggled to manage the app for exactly what I needed. She asked if we had enough time to do it ( was 15 minutes late. Due to another customer having her eyebrows shaped)and was asked to have nails done first) Unhappy how I was addressed when I went to have eyebrow treatment as I had made a mistake on my booking ( even though the shop was closed when I made it and I added a note to say I wasn’t sure if what was required) Felt I was addressed like a child in the middle of the shop and will not be returning
