I’m not usually one for having a massage, but these sports massages I’ve been having with Grace whilst my run training has been more intense has been brilliant for me!

Grace pays much attention to the details and is sympathetic both physically and mentally. She has an assurance that means she tackles the root of the problem. It’s not always comfortable at the time but it is definitely worth it. Follow her advice!
