Gill really knows her stuff. She is trained in a wide range of massage techniques so even if you are not sure what you need, don’t hesitate. She is thorough and professional, and works in a very calming space. She’s very knowledgeable about the body as a whole and can offer guidance on injury prevention and day to day exercises to help with issues. Great service.
