The experience of the haircut was fine, however we did find it rather distressing that a young member of staff got verbally abusive and aggressive towards another customer and we felt the matter wasn’t dealt with properly

First time at Ted's and had a brilliant experience with Fadi. He was attentive to working out exactly what I was after and didn't rush the process, plus a nice guy to have a chat with! Really happy with my cut and will definitely be paying a visit again soon
