I truly want to thank Evalina for her incredible professionalism, care and approach to my permanent lip makeup treatment today. I was nervous going into the appointment because of two previous experiences elsewhere, which were extremely painful and left my lips very swollen. Of course, neither experience was with Evalina. This time was completely different. Evalina carefully explained every step of the process, made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout, and matched the colour absolutely perfectly.
