I've always been fascinated by healing and by the many ways our physical, emotional and mental worlds are connected. This curiosity led me train and graduate at the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in London. What I love about craniosacral therapy is the opportunity to meet each person as a whole, with care and curiosity, creating a safe space to reconnect to the innate wisdom of our body.
