A bespoke treatment to relieve tension, reduce pain and improve mobility. Focused on back, hips, shoulders and neck, incorporating deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy. 

Focused Back, Neck & Shoulder Recovery

An extended treatment designed to address tension throughout the entire back of the body. This session focuses on the back, shoulders, neck, hips, glutes and the back of the legs.

Upper Body & Posterior Chain Recovery

Head-to-toe treatment designed to restore balance. This bespoke session allows time to address all major muscle groups, including the back, shoulders, neck, hips, glutes, legs, feet, arms and scalp.

This appointment includes an initial consultation, postural and tension assessment, followed by a tailored treatment based on your individual needs and goals.
