Really good sports massage. Ellen can find and dissolve knots very quickly. Highly recommend.

Another of my regular(ish) visits to Align, this time working on some Sciatic issues. Ellen took time to explain the issue and how we could resolve the problem. I'm pleased to report a huge improvement! So pleased - more than happy to recommend to anyone :)

I feel so relaxed after my deep tissue massage with Ellen. Suffering from tension headaches, Ellen was able to loosen my stiff joints and neck muscles. She was very gentle when massaging my face. The room was clean, calm and I’m sure I fell asleep at one point. Very professional and knowledgeable, I would recommend going to see Ellen for any type of muscular pain.

I chose the TMJ massage for tightness around the jaw. Ellen was excellent. A bonus was my tinnitus subsided. Thank you.
