Our daughter has wanted her ears pierced for ages and we finally decided to get it done for her 8th birthday. I booked the appointment online. When we arrived we were asked to sit upstairs. Denise came and got us to go in (this is when our daughter found out she was getting them done, it was a surprise for her) Denise was very good with our daughter and explained everything to her before she did each action, and she reassured her when she got nervous. Needless to say we have one very happy daughter and would definitely recommend

Denise was amazing with my daughter who visited for her belly button piercing. Really put her at ease. Did such a great job my daughter hadn’t even realised she had done the piercing!
