Over the last 20+ yrs I have been supporting people with their health and well-being using Reflexology, Myofascial Release including The Bowen technique,Aromatherapy and Deep tissue massage. Have been coming to Claire for treatment for a while. She is very professional but has a very calm friendly demeanour. Above all, the treatment has really got me back on the straight and narrow! Cannot recommend her enough.
