Initial Acupuncture Consultation and Treatment -- 60 minutes

Continue your wellness journey with our follow-up acupuncture sessions. Each appointment lasts 45 to 60 minutes, beginning with a brief 5-10 minute check-in to discuss any changes in symptoms. Your tailored treatment will then include both traditional Japanese acupuncture and Shiatsu techniques, building on the progress made in previous visits. Please note, this service is exclusively for returning clients who have already attended an Initial Acupuncture Consultation and Treatment appointment.

This 60-minute aromatherapy session focuses on your back, neck and back of legs; the longer 90 minute session is a full body treatment. 

Your therapist will tailor the essential oils to align with your unique wellness goals—whether you seek relaxation, increased energy, or enhanced mental clarity. This session is perfect for anyone looking to create a peaceful sanctuary away from daily stressors and to achieve balance.

Aromatherapy -- 60 minutes
