Caterina brought her yoga background into my stretch session and knew exactly how to work around my hip hypermobility. She also sent me home with specific stretches to build strength and comfort for daily life. An impressive practitioner who thinks beyond the session.

First time using the stretched service….i would give it 6 stars if i could and then followed by sauna and ice bath 👍
