I live a quiet life on a property just out of Ebor. I am a blessed mother to three amazing young gentlemen. My youngest was continually complaining of a sore back from a young age and this is how we discovered this unique modality. As a Bowen therapist I am now able to help others with a gentle and meaningful approach to healing — the kind that respects the body and nurtures the soul.
