Reiki relieves stress, anxiety, menstrual pain, neck and back pain, digestive discomfort and headaches. It is also known to clear toxins from the body, encourage self–healing, balance energy, strengthen the immune system, and relax the body and mind while improving awareness, creativity, focus and positive thinking.
 Reiki works with the client’s Higher Self to promote the health and well-being of the entire physical, emotional & energetic body.

Lymphatic Drainage massage is a slow, relaxing and gentle flow massage, which moves and eliminates waste and toxins from the body through the lymph nodes (part of the immune system).
There are many benefits to lymphatic drainage massage, including:

Massage/Reiki

Our Relaxation/ Deep Tissue massage therapy involves a calming blend of long flowing and flushing strokes to relax and prepare the tissue for the muscles that need some more intensive and deeper releasing. Different methods of deep release bodywork may include Trigger point therapy/ Fibre frictions/ Stretches/ joint mobility/ Myofascial therapy!

  Remedial massage therapy is targeted specific treatment for musculoskeletal dysfunction.
It improves your body's range of movement, and is both a treatment and prevention for muscle, tendon and joint pain or injury.
Remedial massage can stimulate the blood supply, make joints more mobile, and help to repair damaged tissues. The therapist will aim to balance the length, tone and tension of muscles and tendons, which restores the correct position of the bones, increases blood flow and helps heal injuries.
It is perfect for treating and managing sports injuries, headaches, increased mobility, posture correction, arthritis, back & neck pain, depression & anxiety, and much more!
