Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Choose from a 30 min, 60 min, or a 90 min session.

Our Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist offers the Vodder Technique of Lymphatic Drainage. This non-invasive therapy stimulates a healthy immune system, reduces edema (swelling), and induces deep relaxation. 

COMMON GOALS:
• post cosmetic surgery* to reduce swelling and promote healing 

• Reducing edemas

•  Improving immune system function** 

•  Improving sleep and increasing general energy

PLEASE NOTE:
*We do not perform expulsion service. All drainage ports must be removed and all incision wounds must be closed and no longer draining.

**Lymphatic drainage massage is not for an acute illness! Massage can worsen an acute cold or flu, and we prefer not to spread germs.

THIS IS NOT A STAND ALONE SERVICE—Must be booked with a massage of your choosing. Fall deeper into a relaxation with a tot towel treatment. Hot towels provide moist heat that penetrates the skin into your organs and muscles to promote deep relaxation and tissue softening.

THIS IS NOT A STAND ALONE SERVICE—Must be booked with a massage of your choosing. Enhance your massage with the addition of essential oil of your choice. The therapist will apply the essential oils to pressure points such as the temples, wrists, and third eye. The oils can also be massaged into the feet and/or placed around the nose for a more aromatherapy experience.

This treatment encourages the healthy flow of lymph fluid—which carries waste, toxins, and immune cells—away from swollen or congested tissues and toward functioning lymph nodes.

By promoting circulation and drainage, lymphatic massage can help reduce fluid retention, bloating, inflammation, and puffiness while supporting immune function and overall wellness. The slow, rhythmic movements create a deeply relaxing experience that leaves the body feeling lighter, refreshed, and balanced.
