Alongside this, I’ve worked extensively in sports rehab, helping people recover from injury and get back to what they enjoy. I take a calm, personalised approach to each session, really listening to what’s going on and tailoring treatment to the individual.

Friendly and approachable whilst maintaining professionalism. His expertise shines through. Knowledge of my condition and how to treat . I would highly recommend and have done so.

Andrius really knows his stuff&was able to diagnose my knee issue very quickly. After three sessions with him&following his treatment plan I’m now feeling much better. He’s now given me a lot of confidence that I’m going to be able to run my Marathon in x5 weeks time. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. It’s the best money I’ve spent.
