Felt like she is inexperienced with washing hair, my hair did not feel clean after the wash since she just got the soap in the top of my hair and not into my roots. Water was very cold. I have a lot of hair so it requires a good amount of shampoo and scrubbing. Blow out was fine and styled as I had asked for. Unfortunately will not be retuning since it’s always hit or miss with the stylist I get put with
