I was recommended Alix by a friend and from the moment I walked she was great. She understood what I was explaining very vaguely about my issues and understood the importance to me that I staid in the gym training while also fixing the issue at the same time. My shoulder issue has been going on a long time and I have seen an improvement after just one session. Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks and continue making improvements.
