What a lady Alex was absolutely brilliant with making me feel comfortable, I had been thinking of having botox for sometime but naturally was feeling nervous until I met Alex Who went through everything with such depth reassuring me and explaining it all thoroughly. I feel at ease with all my treatments and she’s always been able to fit me in around my busy dairy and my follow up appointments whilst being on hand for advice if needed.
