• a targeted 30-minute sports massage treatment
• discussion of your personalised treatment plan

Acupuncture is not performed during this session.

A premium recovery session combining sports massage techniques with acupuncture for clients dealing with persistent pain, injuries, or recurring issues that haven’t fully resolved with massage alone.

This session includes:
• targeted sports massage treatment
• acupuncture tailored to your condition
• clinical reasoning and treatment planning
• post-treatment advice and recovery guidance

This is the ideal option for:
• long-standing pain or injuries
• recurring flare-ups
• training-related issues
• clients who need deeper, longer-lasting results

This appointment is only available to clients who have already completed a Recovery Assessment + Targeted Massage.

Clinical Reset- Massage and Acupuncture 

Acupuncture Follow-Up (Existing Clients Only)

A short follow-up acupuncture session for existing clients who are already under a treatment plan and require targeted acupuncture support between massage or Clinical Reset sessions.

This session is suitable for:
• ongoing pain management
• recovery support
• flare-ups between treatments
• maintaining progress

Not suitable as a first appointment.
An initial assessment must be completed in a massage or Clinical Reset session before booking this treatment.
