The best massage therapist I have ever had! She knew intuitively the right pressure and right strokes to make me feel so much better. I’d had an awful week including surgery under general anaesthetic and had booked this as some self care time. She managed to move me through so much body and mind healing and I don’t think I can thank her enough. We barely exchanged 3 sentences- we didn’t need to. If you are looking to truly help your body and mind, not just rub some knots out (although she did that too!) I highly, highly recommend her!
