Body therapist great but difficil to relax with all the noise, the doors that close and open all the time. Nobody explain me what to do when I arrived

I’ve been a loyal client since Aaliyah opened and have had over 10 treatments, so it’s disappointing to share this feedback. The therapist you book isn’t always guaranteed which is stated at time of booking. However I’ve noticed a clear difference in experience levels among staff. While I’m open to newer therapists, I would have appreciated being informed in advance. Greater transparency about therapist availability and their experience level would improve the customer experience. When paying the same rate, consistency is expected. That said, when expectations are met, the treatments are good.
