The customer service right from the entrance was fantastic. The ambiance was peaceful, and the massage itself was incredible. I told them where to focus, and by the end of the session, my back felt aligned and no longer tense. I'll definitely book another session.

The detox session was great, and I really enjoyed that part of my experience. The actual facial treatment was good and the products used were of good quality. However, I felt the delivery of the facial lacked some etiquette and professionalism. The treatment was quite rough at times, and I wasn’t properly excused or given privacy when I needed to remove my clothing. I also didn’t feel that some of my concerns were handled considerately. For example, when my contact lens moved and I asked for a tissue, I was told to wait and that she would get to it, rather than being assisted straight away.

I had a relaxing facial and pedicure. The facial left my skin feeling fresh, clean and glowing and the pedicure was very thorough and neat. I felt calm, pampered and refreshed afterwards. Really nice self care experience. The workers were soo friendly and nice . Good services 😘🥰
