Really nice, warm, person, Lisa. Very helpful & supportive with explaining cut & products. Really happy with the cut/ result. Studio was lovely, nice smells, environment, friendly atmosphere + no one seemed to be sick. Appreciated being able to get an appointment at very short notice.
