The staff were welcoming and friendly and discussed my needs. Unfortunately, the style did not hold and the curls dropped out. It was very flat within two hours of leaving the salon.

Hi Tina, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the curls did not hold as you had hoped. For clarity, you booked the appointment directly through our online system with Charlie, who is clearly identified as a junior stylist. Her reduced price reflects her current level of experience, and each team member’s level and price are shown before the booking is confirmed. As our senior stylist was unavailable, Charlie was the only available option at that time, and you chose to proceed with the appointment. We are always honest and transparent about this. For future appointments, if you would prefer someone with more experience, please book with a senior stylist or wait for their next availability. I had my hair extensions appointment yesterday, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I arrived, I received such a warm and friendly welcome, as always. Leo is incredibly knowledgeable and talented, and you can really see how passionate she is about what she does. She took the time to explain everything throughout the appointment and regularly checked in with me to make sure I was happy and comfortable with what she was doing. When I left, I genuinely felt like a million dollars! I absolutely love my new hair!!
