Kristina took the time to really pay attention to what was bothering me in my body and worked on points that would help address those. Also her feed back at the end really was spot on with what I was experiencing.

From start to finish the whole session was better than I expected. The environment was tranquil which allowed me to truly relax and feel comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and findings, it was very insightful and also reassuring. I look forward to future visits!
