Remedial Massage Therapy 2hrs

Somatic therapy is an integrative approach to mind and body coherence. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, stories, or insight, somatic therapy recognises that experience, trauma, emotion, and identity are held and organised through the nervous system and the body. The sessions consists of body tracking and internal awareness as a guide to help with attachment trauma, chronic stress and pain, dissociation and emotional states that feel 'stuck'.
