As a valued client of many years, we were surprised by your review, especially since the pricing for your service was communicated in advance through your appointment confirmation and was accepted at the time of booking. The service was completed as requested, and there were no concerns expressed during your appointment or when payment was made. Our pricing reflects the service, skill, experience, and value provided—not simply the amount of time it takes to perform it. Every client receives the same transparent pricing regardless of whether a style takes 20 minutes or an hour. Each stylist works @ different pace Had you reached out to us directly, we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss your concerns privately. We always appreciate honest feedback and strive to resolve issues whenever possible. We respectfully feel this review does not accurately reflect your experience that day and hope you’ll consider updating or removing it.
