The massage was painful and During the hair treatment, there was a lot of pulling and rough handling of my hair, which was quite uncomfortable and caused pain to my scalp. I believe these points are important, as the overall experience should be relaxing, not painful. Overall, the experience was average, but I hope they improve their technique and pay more attention to client comfort
