Dear Ναταλία, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our technicians do have scheduled breaks within the day all arranged by the reception, even though during busy periods the salon can certainly feel very fast paced. These days have been particularly busy, as we are doing our best to accommodate and assist clients who otherwise have very limited options due to many other places being closed.
