This follow-up appointment involves a full assessment of your pathology results, functional medicine test results, dietary changes, and implementation of your full treatment protocol, which takes into account underlying causes.

You will receive a clear, written treatment plan that addresses both your short-term and long-term goals.

We will discuss progress, make tweaks to your treatment depending on progress, and/or test results.

This is your initial case review consultation with Tania.

Tania will take a full case history, discuss your goals and expectations, and provide recommendations for any necessary pathology and/or referrals to appropriate practitioners.

You will receive a written treatment plan that addresses your immediate concerns.
