Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki Practitioner uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki helps to resolve emotional distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, which results in relaxation and reduced pain and tension throughout the body.
