Ideal to book anytime from 6+ weeks after birth. First appointment will include: consultation, visual and hands on scar assessment, diastasis recti abs separation) assessment, scar therapy treatment and aftercare advice. Includes a relaxing abdominal Lymphatic Drainage massage to end. 

Scar treatment will consist of a combination of the following: Myofascial Release Therapy, Massage and Negative Pressure Therapy (cupping/Lymphatouch).

Please  be aware that your scars must have full healed before your first appointment. We will be unable to perform scar therapy if scabs remain, or if there is any sign of infection. 

C-Section Scar Therapy Appointment

Follow up physiotherapy appointment, 40 minutes. 

**Can only be booked after completion of an Initial Physiotherapy Consultation.**

Initial Physiotherapy consultation for clients who have had cancer treatment. Includes expert assessment, advice and treatment. 60 minutes.

Initial Physiotherapy Consultation

Initial Assessment & treatment for suspected lymphoedema. 

Assessment includes full arm measurements and calculation of total limb volumes to determine presence of lymphoedema and to guide treatment. Treatment includes manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), Lymphatouch therapy and prescription of compression garments (if required). 

Please book this if you are worried you have lymphoedema and would like arm measurements, as well as prescriptions for garments. 

Lymphoedema Assessment & Treatment

Acupuncture for the treatment of:
- headaches
- pain
- chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy
- menopausal symptoms eg hot flushes
- fatigue

Cannot be booked unless an Initial Physiotherapy Consultation has already taken place.

Scar Therapy Appointment

Ideal for larger scars, or multiple scars (eg breast reconstruction surgery, abdominoplasty, fibrotic or very tethered scars following breast cancer surgery / radiotherapy). First appointment will include: consultation, scar assessment, scar therapy treatment and aftercare advice. Includes Lymphatic Drainage massage (where appropriate). 

Available from 6 weeks following surgery.

Scar treatment will consist of a combination of the following: Myofascial Release Therapy, Massage and Negative Pressure Therapy (cupping). 

Available from 6 weeks after surgery.

Appointment for smaller scars eg keyhole surgery, carpel tunnel release. Initial appointment includes: consultation, scar assessment, scar therapy treatment and aftercare advice.

Available from 6 weeks following surgery.

Scar Therapy

A Medical-grade Lymphatic Drainage massage, focusing on the surgical site and immediate surrounding areas. Ideal for those planning surgeries such as liposuction, tummy tuck/abdominoplasty, facelifts, breast augmentation, breast explant surgery. 

Benefits of Lymphatic Drainage before surgery:
- reduces swelling and fluid retention (ideal for those having Liposuction)
- improves circulation 
- Detoxifies and prepares the body for surgery 
- strengthens immune system by stimulating lymphatics to help fight infection

- Those who have had cosmetic surgery (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty, mummy makeover, liposuction, vaser lipo, fat freezing, fat dissolving, breast augmentation, breast explant surgery, breast reconstruction surgery).

It is advised to avoid alcohol for 48 hours prior to your session.
