Amongst the gentle buzz of our Coffee House and Wellbeing Studio, you’ll discover The Sanctuary — a cosy, calming therapy space where you’re invited to pause, soften, and take time just for you. Our holistic therapist Shelley offers bespoke massage and facial treatments, with Kate returning soon. We also host Ayurvedic therapies with Mabel, available to book directly via www.amsula-ayurveda.com. Every visit is designed to help you feel restored, and truly at ease — inside and out. Every treatment is an invitation to come home to yourself. This is your sanctuary, where you're always welcome.
