If you have already experienced Reiki, these  monthly healing and cleansing sessions will help bring back a sense of peace, balance and harmony to your body, mind & spirit.

Starting with a brief chat to start, checking in with your current emotional & physical well-being. 

A full treatment usually takes a minimum of an hour, including the placement of crystals to amplify your energy.

At the end of your session, you will have a few minutes to relax, then we’ll take some time to discuss your experience & how you are feeling.
